The Best Real Estate Podcast!!!
Guys!!! I recently came across one of, if not the BEST podcasts that I've ever listened to...and I've listened to hundreds of podcasts since I got into real estate, so it takes a lot for a podcast to blow my socks away.
The title of this podcast is "Prospecting with Content" and it was created by Rev Real Estate School. This entire podcast encapsulates why I've decided to double down on content creation as my primary source for generating leads.
As real estate agents, we're always on the go and rarely have any time to focus on expanding our knowledge and skills. This is why I love podcasts because I can listen to them while doing other things such as driving, working out, doing chores, etc. We all do things like this throughout the day, so there's no reason that you can't find the time to listen to a podcast such as this one to continue expanding your knowledge and skills as a real estate agent.

To end things off, I want you guys to think about the last time you decided to go to a restaurant that you've never been to. What things did you look for? You most likely looked at its reviews, its menu, and maybe even a few pictures of what it looks like. If you go through all of that trouble to decide whether or not you want to go to a restaurant, then imagine what process buyers and sellers go through to decide which realtor they're going to work with. Your online presence MATTERS, and if you don't have one in this day and age, then it's going to be an uphill battle for you.
